INTERIOR DESIGN
This Modern Japandi headquarters redefines the corporate landscape by blending Scandinavian functionality with Japanese minimalism. The 500 sq.m. floor plate is a porous, biophilic sanctuary where internal zen gardens and oxygen-rich green walls delineate diverse work zones. The layout replaces rigid cubicles with a fluid ecosystem of multi-collaboration spaces: large communal team tables, vertical "team totems" for agile stand-ups, acoustic focus pods for deep work, and high-energy ideation areas equipped with integrated smart-glass. The centerpiece of the social experience is the Japanese-inspired food court, designed with the precision of a high-end Tokyo restaurant. Featuring light oak joinery, Noren-style partitions, and stone counters, it acts as a communal "Engawa" where staff can transition from productivity to nourishment. Every corner balances "Wabi-Sabi" imperfections with industrial efficiency, creating a serene, high-performance habitat that breathes.
