INTERIOR DESIGN

This multi-residential condominium is a poetic reimagining of Brutalism, where raw, monolithic concrete volumes are softened by a delicate pastel-toned finish. The architecture’s "heavy" geometry is neutralized by a palette of dusty rose and pale sage, creating a "soft-tectonic" aesthetic. The interiors embrace Minimalist Mid-Century styling—clean-lined walnut furniture and tapered silhouettes—to maintain a sense of airy sophistication within the rugged structure. True to its soul, the project integrates biophilic design, with cascading flora that spills over concrete balconies like "living lace." A unique cultural anchor is the usage of the Thai Tartan (Pha Khao Ma) pattern; this traditional weave is reimagined as oversized, minimalist art installations and textile partitions, adding a vibrant, rhythmic soul to the common areas. It is a space where industrial honesty, retro grace, and Thai heritage converge in a lush, chromatic sanctuary.
