INTERIOR DESIGN

This massive 130,000 sq.m. development centers its human experience within a sprawling 4,000 sq.m. common area, designed as a sanctuary of Italian Modernism. The interior architecture celebrates sleek, clean lines and premium stone textures, but the soul of the project lies in its innovative use of chromatherapy. Executed in a sophisticated pastel palette, the space uses soft mints, blush pinks, and pale azures to psychologically regulate the tenant's mood and energy levels. The Italian influence is evident in the low-slung, sculptural furniture and matte-lacquer finishes, all rendered in these therapeutic tones. By washing the grand volumes in gentle, spectral colors, the design moves beyond aesthetics into wellness. The result is a high-functioning "living machine" that feels incredibly light, where the vast scale is softened by a soothing, chromatic rhythm that promotes tranquility and focus for every occupant.
