Located in the exclusive Sukhumvit 38 enclave, this "Third Place" is a masterpiece of minimal cube architecture. The project is designed as a cubical compound, where stark, geometric volumes of white concrete and glass are strategically stacked and shifted. Rather than a monolithic block, the mall is a cluster of interconnected pods, creating a rhythmic and permeable urban fabric. The "negative space" between these architectural cubes is curated into a series of pocket parks and lush green veins, ensuring every shopfront faces a garden. These hidden courtyards serve as intimate social anchors, fostering a sense of community away from Bangkok’s bustle. This porous layout allows for natural ventilation and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, redefining the neighborhood mall as a serene, modernist sanctuary.
