INTERIOR DESIGN
This collection of six attached townhouses celebrates the tactile beauty of masonry through a contemporary brick aesthetic. The facade features variegated tonal brickwork laid in intricate stack-bond and hit-and-miss patterns, creating a rhythmic play of light and shadow. Large, blackened steel-framed apertures punch through the clay exterior, grounding the industrial warmth of the material in a modern context. Inside, the atmosphere shifts to a minimalist Mid-Century retreat. The design prioritizes organic simplicity, featuring warm teak cabinetry, tapered furniture silhouettes, and polished concrete floors. By stripping away clutter, the interior emphasizes functional beauty and "post-and-beam" spatial clarity. It is a sophisticated marriage of rugged urban texture and the timeless, airy grace of 1950s modernism.
