This multi-residential development aims to cultivate a vibrant vertical community through a diverse spectrum of unit typologies. Ranging from efficient 22 sq.m. studios to volumetric 90 sq.m. loft-style mixed residences, this mix caters to varied lifestyles within a single, cohesive structure. The design integrates nature deeply through a layered architectural-landscape concept, where cascading greenery creates an organic "canyon" effect, providing depth and ventilation. The building's identity is defined by a facade capturing a "freezing moment of sunset." Utilizing metallic cladding in gradient twilight hues, the architectural skin interacts with the sun, creating a dynamic, shimmering light reflection that mimics the warmth of dusk all day long.
