The hotel was design based on creating a playful box-sized hotel room with design wow-factor design gimmic using minimum allowed room size of 14 sq.m. (minimum allowed by building regulation) as a based modular system. Design concept is the expression through façade of an interior mood by changing interior mood color light of hotel guests. Hotel guests control the facade by light colors of lighting color control device of room interior. The design direction is also an integration of usage of italian furniture brand "Kartell" as it is one of the owner's business.
